Training

The team at Psychological Solutions™ offer customised training programs for organisations including the corporate sector, health, education and legal settings.  We offer short informative talks, panel presentations and comprehensive training workshops. Our training workshops can be offered over half a day or over one and two days where required. A list of previous talks and training workshops can be provided, however each program is tailored to your organisations needs.

Supervision of Psychologists 

Dr Fiona Martin is a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor of psychologists. She offers formal supervision to provisionally registered and registered psychologists. Dr Martin provides a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space for supervision.

Supervision is a structured professional relationship and involves reflecting on clinical work, building skills, and exploring ethical, professional and personal challenges that impact on practice. Supervision is focused on managing risk and fosters growth, self-awareness and resilience. Dr Martin draws on evidence-based frameworks and customises the supervision process to your level of experience and professional goals.

The team at Psychological Solutions™ offer research services to external organisations, both for small and large-scale studies. We are proud of our collaborative research achievements and the positive impacts of our research and we welcome the opportunity to work with new partners.

The team has experience applying for competitive grant funding for collaborative research and can facilitate the process of working with a university or not for profit organisation.
