Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is in line with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) guidelines. Cancelling / rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee. Cancelling / rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) will incur 100% of the full session fee.
