We provide psychological assessment and court reports in family law matters but not in criminal matters.
To proceed with an assessment for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a booking will only be accepted if the following is provided:
- Copy of the relevant Orders and/or joint letter confirming agreement of the parties to attend the assessment
- Complete contact details for the parties’ legal representatives
- Confirmation in writing that funds are held in trust to pay for the assessment and report.
